Patti Mizak Paul has over twenty years of baking and cake decorating experience. Along with co-founding Patti Caces Catering and Cakes in 1988, she has continued her studies of various styles of cake decorating including English over-piping traditions of Lambeth, Berling, Nirvana, and Schulbe. She has also excelled in cake creative writing and fondant wedding cakes.

Jeff Paul has worked in food service related fields for over thirty-six years. As well as being an excellent chef, he is experienced in restaurant management, and has worked in a variety of hotels and country clubs. Jeff co-founded Patti Caces Catering and Cakes in 1988. His reputation for delicious food with excellent presentation is know throughout Central Florida.
